Lying Leg-Over Twist
The lying leg-over twist is a gentle supine rotation stretch that mobilizes the thoracic and lumbar spine while stretching the glutes, IT band, and obliques. It is an excellent recovery movement that promotes spinal decompression and rotational range of motion.
